On-the-ground operators in every region we serve. Engineers who know which substation matters. No air-freighted spares from Frankfurt forever.

Vertical stack, horizontal partners.

The stack is ours, end-to-end. The relationships around it, across equipment, capital, universities, and governments, are earned and reciprocal.

03 / CAPACITY

We hire for the next site.

We stay slightly ahead of demand rather than behind it. Onboarding compounds, so the second site is faster than the first because the second hire was already in seat.

We're hiring across infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, cybersecurity, business development, and field engineering. Most roles are based at Hells Gate (Naivasha), Nairobi, or remote with travel.
