Always slightly ahead of demand, never behind. Onboarding compounds; the second site is faster than the first because the second hire was already in seat.

We're hiring across infrastructure engineering, cloud operations, cybersecurity, business development, and field engineering. Most roles are based at Hells Gate (Naivasha), Nairobi, or remote with travel.
